Title: TAF Solutions Internal Tools – End-User License Agreement (EULA)

TAF Solutions LLC (“TAF”) provides access to certain internal software tools and dashboards (the “Tools”) for use only by authorized personnel and approved contractors of TAF.
Internal Use Only. The Tools are intended solely for internal business operations of TAF. Access is limited to users explicitly authorized by TAF. No third-party access is permitted unless approved in writing by TAF.
License. TAF grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Tools strictly for TAF internal business purposes, subject to this Agreement and TAF policies.
Restrictions. You may not: (a) share credentials or access, (b) sell, sublicense, or distribute the Tools, (c) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, (d) use the Tools for any unlawful purpose, or (e) access data beyond your authorization.
Confidentiality. The Tools may provide access to confidential business information, customer information, and operational data. You agree to keep all such information confidential and use it only as required for your role.
Data & Integrations. The Tools may connect to third-party services (e.g., accounting, hosting, communications, and marketing platforms). Data may be displayed or processed to support internal reporting and operations. You agree to use integrated data responsibly and in compliance with TAF policies and applicable law.
Security. You agree to follow TAF security requirements, including multi-factor authentication where available, strong passwords, and reporting suspected security incidents immediately.
No Warranty. The Tools are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, TAF disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TAF will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the Tools.
Termination. TAF may suspend or revoke access to the Tools at any time. Upon termination of authorization, you must immediately stop using the Tools.
Changes. TAF may update these terms from time to time by posting an updated version at this URL.
